I graduated with honors from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and completed my specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Akdeniz University. I believe that surgical experience, the selection of the right technique, and personalized planning are crucial in hair restoration. A natural, anatomically appropriate hairline design and a tissue-respecting surgical approach that reduces the risk of complications are essential in hair transplantation. While aiming to reduce the psychological effects of hair loss in both men and women, I also strive to apply medical and scientific supportive treatments and share my experiences globally.

Our patient processes at our clinic
Generally, eyebrow transplantation is preferred for individuals who have scars from trauma such as burns or traffic accidents in the eyebrow area, or who have experienced partial or complete eyebrow loss as a result; or for those with very sparse eyebrows. Individuals with slightly weakened or thinning eyebrows, or those who wish to change their eyebrow contour for purely aesthetic purposes, may not achieve completely natural and undetectable eyebrow hairs. This is because eyebrow hairs are much finer than the fine hairs we use to replace them, and their other characteristics (color, fragility, growth rate and speed, texture, etc.) differ.
For eyebrow transplantation, a small area of fine hair on the nape of your neck will be shaved and the hairs shortened. Hair follicles will then be extracted using the FUE technique. These hair follicles are then separated according to your eyebrow structure, the growth pattern, and the curve of your eyebrows, and used to restore them. In other words, to simulate natural eyebrow growth and flow, the most suitable hairs from among different thicknesses, curves, and colors will be selected and transplanted. Another important point to know is that the growth and life cycle of hair follicles differs from that of eyebrow hairs. This means that while your original eyebrow hairs don't grow and remain at a certain length, the hair follicles transplanted to your eyebrows will continuously grow, requiring constant trimming with scissors. Furthermore, achieving the desired density in a single eyebrow transplant session is very difficult. Most likely, a second session will be necessary at least 6-7 months later.
