How does it work?
3-4 fine hair follicles are extracted from the area behind the ear using a punch, under local anesthesia. They undergo a 10-minute enzymatic and mechanical separation process to create a special supercell suspension, which is then injected into the patient. This treatment can be combined with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and injected into the scalp. In other words, it's a kind of super PRP treatment. The total duration of the session is 30 minutes.
The application is done in a single session (unlike PRP, there's no need for 3 repeat sessions). Thickening and revitalization of the hair can be seen within 2-3 months. A second session may be needed a few years later if hair thinning and loss continue. Since it's an application using only the patient's own cells, there are no side effects.
G cell regenera treatment is also known as "autologous micrograft" or "Autologous Micro-Grafts Procedure"; in some clinics, it's also marketed as "stem cell therapy". But I think that's wrong, and it's important to know this about this treatment: This treatment does not replace hair transplantation and does not grow hair where it has fallen out. So, saying that injecting stem cells or using Regenera Activa treatment will make your lost hair grow back is completely false.
Finally, Regenera Activa also increases the success of hair transplantation by being applied both during preparation (before the hair transplant treatment) and during or some time after the transplant.
