I graduated with honors from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and completed my specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Akdeniz University. I believe that surgical experience, the selection of the right technique, and personalized planning are crucial in hair restoration. A natural, anatomically appropriate hairline design and a tissue-respecting surgical approach that reduces the risk of complications are essential in hair transplantation. While aiming to reduce the psychological effects of hair loss in both men and women, I also strive to apply medical and scientific supportive treatments and share my experiences globally.

Our patient processes at our clinic
In cases of eyebrow, beard, and mustache deficiencies, hair follicles taken from the scalp are used as material for repair/transplantation of these areas. Therefore, eyebrow transplantation and beard/mustache transplantation are also included in the definition of hair transplantation.
It is widely performed in our country. The same standard rules must be applied throughout the country. Hair transplantation is primarily a surgical procedure, and all the rules that must be followed in all surgical procedures must be followed step by step.
Hair transplantation methods are divided into two:
Follicular unit: Clusters of 2-3 hair strands that are very close together.
Micrograft: A tiny piece of skin tissue containing 1 or 2-3 hair strands, in other words, a follicular unit.
Donor area: The area between the two ears on the nape of the neck where hair that is generally resistant to hair loss is located. Rarely, chest hair and beard hair can also be used as donor hair follicles.
Hair transplantation is a SURGICAL procedure performed for aesthetic purposes. Therefore, it must be performed by a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist.
Since hair transplantation is a lengthy surgical procedure, a healthcare team is needed to assist the plastic surgeon. The procedure can only be completed within a normal timeframe through teamwork. The work done by the team is the responsibility of the plastic surgeon.
Team Leader:
Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist
Individuals assisting the plastic surgeon in the hair transplantation team:
Individuals with a nursing degree, healthcare personnel who are graduates of a Faculty of Health Sciences
The Plastic Surgery Specialist must be directly involved in the surgery from beginning to end.
The administration of local anesthesia, the harvesting of all grafts, and the opening of channels must be performed by the plastic surgeon.
Nurses are responsible for the harvesting and implantation of grafts in FUE procedures.
